To figure out your cost for pickup and delivery, find the driving distance from your address to DD3 0LD using Google Maps. Match your distance to the zone chart: for example, 4 miles is in Zone 1, costing £30, while 12 miles is in Zone 3, costing £50. This charge covers pickup and delivery only (all 4 trips: pickup, return for repair, delivery, and return home). The repair cost is separate. If you’re unsure, contact me for help!
Service calls for businesses are handled the same as pickup
and delivery jobs for the cost of service call plus the cost of
service (yes I do the service at yours)
If your address doesn’t show up clearly on Google Maps, don’t worry! Using the What3Words app, you can provide a precise location that works anywhere. This makes it easy for me to find you for Pickup & Delivery (PUD). Simply share your What3Words address with me and I will handle the rest.

How to Find Your Location on What3Words
Go to the What3Words Website
Open your web browser and go to the What3Words homepage.Locate the "My Location" Icon
On the What3Words homepage, look at the bottom-right corner of the screen. You will see an icon that looks like a target with a dot in the center (as shown in the image).Click the "My Location" Icon
Click on the "My Location" icon. The website will ask for permission to access your location—make sure to allow it.View Your Location and What3Words Address
After clicking, the website will display a map centered on your current location. You will also see a 3-word address for your location.Share the 3-Word Address
Write down or copy the 3 words displayed (e.g., "apple.banana.chair"). Provide this 3-word address to me so I can locate you easily.
